Kiran Mehta

Kiran Mehta graduated from the George Washington University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and American Studies. Kiran also has a certificate from the University of San Diego on trans-border issues and opportunities.

Kiran has almost five years of professional experience as a paralegal, working at both large and small law firms. She has worked in a variety of fields including criminal defense, business and asylum immigration, federal appellate matters, and has even assisted with U.S. Supreme Court petitions and merits cases. Kiran is a strong writer and enjoys editing legal briefs, keeping her Bluebook legal citation guide handy at her desk.
